Hey all in SG-land!

Well Its been a minute, but here you go.... So summer is upon us all now. Thus far it has been rather mild here in chicago, but we are enjoying it here. By we I do mean the city and suburbs, not like I have two personallities. WOW,, ok... so anywho, I have been working hard with my band in our release of our debut effort, along with all the design work for the myspace, blah blah blah... we have a few shows coming up this summer that are confirmed. myspace.com/theeyesofelrond check it out. add us, or hate us, but I hope you dig it, i know that im super proud of it, and response has been overwhelming.

Im still training hard in MMA and Muay Thai, as well as Jiu Jitsu. I took 2 weeks off due to some injuries that I was trying to train through but they were getting worse. So I backed out of all my fights this summer so that I can train right and heal them up all the way. Tons of fights in fall and winter! Which works well, summer is a great time to be able to eat and drink and play festivals and such. Perhaps tour, who knows....
