my friend gaddy came back from the air force. he is doing good. i am very happy that he is back.
my goat is growing strong and i will not shave it for any one
i talk to bri to day. we will be friends. we talked for 3 1/2 hours and got every thing off our chest i'm am much less stressed.
i ran a mile and a half today it was nice i've been doing it alot.
oh a barista is some one who makes coffee. my first barista shift is he 25th i'm nervous but every one says i'll do fine.
my mood for to day is good i got a lot of shit out of my head and i'm starting to go sane again. i have no worrie and no false hope eather. all is normal for once
so how is every body?
