We'll my day sucked arse!
Went for my pay review today and got absolutley jack all, even though my preformance appraisal was flawless and I got nothing but praise? Apparently the company's not making enough money?..........all this when there sending 2 of the designers on all expenses paid trip around europe for 3 weeks for "design inspiration"! Aaaarrrgggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!
I HATE working for other people. Should really get on to doing my own label full time I suppose?
I told them that I would have to consider my position with them....hopefully this will jolt them into some better offer! but who knows?
Sorry about that little rant......I feel a little better.

On the brighter side I'm going to give the final approval on my tat design tommorrow, so something to look forward to anyway,,,,,,,,,,,,

Good for you standing up for yourself. You can only take so much before you've got to SAY something. That said, I didn't even know there WAS such a phenomenon as travelling Europe for "Design inspiration," and I think I should get in on this somehow as quickly as possible.smile
