So been recovering the past few days from my surgery. Been pretty shitty. My mom flew out to watch over me which was awesome of her. Today finally was able to get out and about so we went over to Seattle to do some touristy crap. Visited the Pikes Place Market which I always enjoy checking out. For lunch we ate at Bruno's an Italian/Mexican restaurant, odd combination but it was most excellent.

Afterwords we hit up the Star War Exhibit at the Pacific Science Center! Pics below:

For dinner we ate at a Seafood place near the market called Etta's with my cousin and uncle then headed back across the ferry and now home. She flies back to Cincinnati tomorrow and I'll miss her. I'm glad I got some company during this recovery period if only for a few days. Still waiting on results to see if me and Lance Armstrong can hang out but at least having my mom here made the first few days go by quick.

Naturally the events of the past week have put a slump in my search to find someone. Hopefully won't have to endure the worst of the treatments if I indeed do have cancer. Not sure if I can go at that alone. These next few months are going to be potentially shitty or great.. time will tell.
