Norwich. It's an old factory town in Eastern Ct. I write about it alot. I don't know why but I do. Twisted, complicated streets, houses and mills, that were built before cars, which make it a mess to drive around in.

Hand rails on steps that are just pieces of metal pipe, cemented into the ground and covered with the lead paint that's been there for ages.

There's these rock walls that were built everywhere to dig around the hills for roads and housing. My friend Sam's cousin had a son once. He was playing outside by the walls and a giant stone fell loose and crushed him on the pavement. This was about 2 years ago. The town is in a state of decay.

Old mills, now abandoned or turned into storage space.

The casinos on the Indian reservations bring money and new people to the town, but they don't really put that much back into it. They aren't real Indians anyway. The decay stays, and a new world of crime comes along with the casinos.

We work for them, and take their money though....because there's nothing else to take.
