Sorry if i'm not keeping in touch with everyone as frequently as I should. The night shift's got me all sorts of discombobulated. I'm having trouble managing my time....but I think I might be putting a few dents in all the debt I've managed to build up.

well thank you VERY much for that mental image.
The property is the parents', they're trying to retire and are planning on building a house on the place. I'm helping, and in return I'm going to be able to have a workspace and a small living space in a steel building of sorts. It's not classy but I've been living on less than 8k a year.
