the bad was made using just a cheap army carry bag
you know the ones with a draw string at one end?
then just get a big bag of sand, weighing scales, tape and sandwich bags
the last thing you wanna do is just put a 50lb bag of sand into another bag because if the big internal bag splits your fucked
what i did was weigh out 5lbs of sand at a time
pour it into a sandwich bag, double it up and then tape it up tight with masking tape
then you can fill the bag up to your desired weight and add and subtract how you want
if one 5lb bag splits it aint the end of the world
to finish you just tape the end up fucking tight
you will have to retighten and retape it every couple of weeks after throwing it around but it works out alot cheaper then the sandbag trainign bags there selling on the internet
