hard at work....actaully, after 7 years in construction, this is like a day at the beach.
the more work i do, the tattoos just keep getting better and better.
the guy i apprenticed to was kind of a primadonna. he kept making me jump through hoops and acting like i wasn't ready to hold a tattoo machine yet. but the bottom line is, tattooing is a trade like anything else. there's no better way to learn than just by going out and doing it. if you're handcrafting wood furniture, installing marble counter tops, or making synthetic body parts. it's the same process. you start with simple jobs and slowly take on harder and harder things as you learn more.
sure, you mess up a few tattoos on your own skin first, but you learn how to cover them up. that's part of the trade.
i'll admit that i still have alot to learn about tattooing, but that doesn't mean i'm dumb.
