here i sit, instead of cleaning. just a little update about this weekend. cookout and guitar playing tonight. a few friends are comin over. should be interesting.

fathers day weekend. taking dad out for lunch tomorrow. his wife, my sister and her friend will also be there. always an interesting time.

this is also the weekend of the fireman's jamboree. i never go to it, although it is 2 blocks away. i used to throw a big shindig/cookout/drunk fest. one of my best friends passed away last year and since then i just don't feel like doin all the big parties i used to. i will still have a few close friends, but it's just not the same

i dig pick up a bottle of Chupacabra wine(maynard james keenan's wine) and a bottle of some Moscato. grilling chicken and pineapples(never grilled them before) tonight. making some beans as well. tomorrow, if it doesn't rain, will be jalapeno and cheddar burgers(yumtastic). got the PA hooked up already. the metal playlist is blaring. neighbors are probably already pissed. and that's fine by me.

time to clean and crack open a bottle and prepare the time machine. catch you on the flip side......
