So xmas is done and ive lost nearly 2 stone in weight and im off on tour for a while so my plans are as follows.
EAT LOTS- put the weight back on
EAT MORE-become a fatty
PLAY LOUD METAL-make a living
TRAIN-get some sort of bod back
SMILE-everyone likes happy people
RETURN-make sure i return in one piece to my son, my gorgeous new lady and all of you lovely people out there in SG land
Till when ever people ....much love and leave me some abuse for when i gets back fanks.xxxx
