It is generally considered Poor Form to post replies in your own journal; partly because the person you're replying to won't see them unless they check your journal specifically.
Legal pun: 'Joe' could sound like 'Due'. I don't know if that's a legal term in Canadian law, though I'd guess it is (from a position of complete ignorance
