the sulk is finally over. all it took was one (really) good take, an Awesome bike maintenance class (yes, the instructor was impressed at my hack job on the handle bars) and an AWESOME pint with my intoxicatingly lovely co-worker.
hell, even the bike ride home through freezing rain at night was fun. THATS how full o' cosmic love I am right now. HA!
i dont know what im going to do when i finish this gig and start flash animating. wheres the love in Flash ver 8 ? thats what i want to know... wheres the love in motion tweening? who talks reassuringly to their computer? well i cant complain, its still an awesome job, and i get to be in the same building with my awesome stop mo buddies.
instructor pointed out some terrible flaws in my new handlebars, i routed the brake cables through the inside of the handlebars, theres too tight an arc in there for the brake housings. its something delicious for me to chew on. do i mess with the brake levers themselves so they pull up instead of forward? or do i make a rigid cable guide out of brass? or do i buy the 50 dollar brake levers that pull down instead of forward? tune in next week...
