yesterdays bike ride, was the worst idea ive had in... about 24 hours. the wind tunnel gusts downtown change direction unexpectedly at every intersection, i had to actively lean against the wind to go in a straight line. very unsafe when you cant feel your fingers or toes. but it gave me the motivation to come home and finish up these sexy , sexy handlebars


this afternoon i was literally standing in the living room, holding my bike, looking out the window, wanting to do it again. fortunately, common sense prevailed and ive been stewing indoors all day. i cant wait till work on monday. (yikes!)

i just noticed that my profile has Laptop listed as one of the 5 things i cant live without. maybe thats the problem, i spent yesterday afternoon at a friends house trying to get my lemon ibook working. he called it a paper weight and we went outside to watch him smoke a cigarette.

i was pondering something i read on joanna darks journal about something she read in someone elses journal. something about the differences between our real life personas and our SG personas.
if anyone is reading this, let me say that i wish i had the guts to wear goggles every day. this whole closet-builder thing seems to have materialized as soon as fulfilled my closet-animator fantasy.

but enough of this navel gazing, tonights mission will be to organize the next week of my life. and if that fails, just do some laundry instead.
