i just got back from a great run outside. i've had some weird sleeping patterns lately, so i ended up napping from about 6:30pm until 9:30ish. so i ended up running from 10:15 pm until around 11pm. not too long a run for me (about 5 miles) but so nice. it's pretty much the perfect temperature outside and i love running at night.

good luck on your i-pod cases business. i was blowing glass for a while last year and had plans of taking over the company in which i worked for. i dropped the job like a bad habit cuz all the fun of blowing glass was lost on the hustle - bustle of work. do what makes you happy and dont get stressed out.
