I'm in Winnipeg! Which is apparently the land of no wireless internet. The place we're staying has no access and I haven't been able to find any unsecured wireless to "borrow". Right now we're sitting in a restaurant that has internet access and we're all rapidly typing away and trying to catch up on what we've missed the past few days.

We probably won't be here too much longer so this will have to be quick.

Yesterday we had our tech time for the show and did a whole bunch of postering. Then we went and saw Rise Against last night! It was so good. Before the show we went across the street to an Irish pub so that we could get a few drinks. AC thought a few shots were necessary before hitting the all ages show. So we downed 4 shots each in the 10 minutes we were there and then went over to the show.

Afterwards we drove around trying to find a place to get a bit of food and some drinks. Winnipeg shuts down early. Finally we found a place to get a beer and play some pool. I was better than I thought I would be.

Today we all slept in and it was wonderful. Then I went for a run in the blazing Winnipeg heat. I haven't experienced many bugs yet. Maybe the mosquitos haven't found us yet. I'm hoping to go find some bubble tea today. I'm officially an addict.

Our first show is Thursday night. I'm really excited. I hope we get a good audience.
