Ok, the weather around here is insane. Yesterday it was a rain and windstorm and then last night it snowed?! But now its melting and the sun is coming up. Wow. But I was just out on the balcony having my tea and cigarette ( No coffee as I gave up caffeine...and i'm doing better with that than I thought I would), and I could hear kids playing in what little snow there is. Put a huge smile on my face. It feels good to know that kids can still enjoy their youth, and that they still have at least a couple years before they start dealing with all the shit.
It's back to the grind today. But thats ok, it feels good to be up and going again. I needed the break but i'm ready. So i've got work and then school tonight. We have 40 little old ladies coming in for ice cream today at work. ugh. Thats not really what I want to deal with but you know.
I had a lovely evening last night. Watched some more L word, made mac&cheese at midnight, then crashed. I'm just glad that i'm eating again, well slowly starting to, its still a bit on the difficult side, but whatevs.
Alright i'm off to serve the elderly!
