i fuckin hate ticketmaster. i ordered a ticket three days ago for social d/foo fighters, which is happening right now and i cant fucking GO! so, i splurged $2.50 in order to print my tickets and not have to wait for will call, but im stupid and entered in my email wrong. i realized that when i didn't get a confirmation email instantaneously, so i emailed customer service telling them all this. to this day, no response from c.s. i called them just now to tell them this and ask for a refund. the bitch said i "should have called before the event." i fucking emailed you twat heads!!! i bitched her out because their policies are retarded and she said, "unfortunately we cant issue a refund." long awkward silence. "is there anything else i an help you with?" "no." click.
