i dyed my hair blond sunday night. i don't know how successfully i did it; it seems to be too fake to look natural and too normal to look freakish so it's in that nebulous no man's land where you can't tell if this is what i MEANT it to look like. i should have gone for black instead. i just needed a drastic change.

two hours later, i was in a pretty serious car accident. no one was hurt but there's extensive damage to both cars. and now i may not be able to go on my west coast road trip in two weeks. grr.
