I've got to post more regularly.

Normally I don't let work stress me out, but inventory at the store is coming up, and the current store manager's never done one before, so she's very tense. And it's starting to put me on edge. Normally I'm able to remind myself that this is just fucking retail, not cancer research or war, and in the grand scheme, it's a little thing. For the last week I haven't been able to feel that until after I get home from work. Being empathic can really suck sometimes.

My sweetheart and I went for a short hike on Sunday. I love my darlin', but dear God does that woman have allergies. By the end of about an hour she couldn't stop sneezing and her eyes were starting to swell shut. And the hike was her idea bless her stalwart heart. Got some good pics of her before she started to morph into a snot monster too.

Other than being flat broke and busted, things are going pretty good.
