I love running. This morning I ran a 10K Marathon in North Dallas. I wasn't suppose to run this race today. But a few days ago, my friend called me and ask me to fill in for him. He is unable to do it because of heart issues. So I stepped up and completed this run for him. I probably didn't finish at a time he would like but I am sure he's happy that his spot didn't go to waste. After wards the race people handed out coupons for free food at Freebirds and free beer. I was really surprised they had beer but I went ahead and drank like 4 cups of it. So my day went well. Had a good run. Got a good buzz and filled my stomach up with free food. Here are some pics.
