my pictures are FINALLY loading! will someone stop by and say hi? i used to get a good amount of posts, but not anymore....i guess that's the price for playing hookey from sg for like three months...
i registered late for school and somehow i signed up for an internet course. i missed the first day of class so i went today and was surprised as hell, but excited...this class is gonna be a breeze. i can go at my own pace and get this.....it's all about learning programs like word, excel, powerpoint, and one other thing that i forget.
i sat down and figured that i only have about 17 classes left to take before i get my bachelor degree (including the ones i'm taking). and now i'm wondering if i should stick it out and get my masters since according to people in the business world, "you won't make it without a masters". what do you think?
i don't want to work today. my managers are kinda walking on glass around my whole internship thing. it's getting all fucked up and i'm almost to the point where i don't want to do it anymore...first, my general manager tells me NOT to send in my application just yet. instead wait until i have crosstrained into the different positions to speed up the process. BUT THEN an older lady says she wants to do the program and they told her to send her application in!!! i mean, you have to do losts of crosstraining before you're actually trained by corporate and your managers and i'm further ahead of her in that aspect. but corporate office has already contacted her and they're "excited" because she has recenet management experience and her degree while i have no management expereince and no degree.
i need somewhere else to work...an office job in a really cool place...sitting at home on the internet...

it really depends on the masters thing. Some businesses used to think like that but alot of newer companies don't want to pay people more just because they have MBA's. I have two undergrad English and History and i ended up doing high end corporate sales. Don't know how but i guess its mainly personality. usually the companies will train you specifically for what they want.
usually i would say go for it but i think you should check out the job market cause you might not have to spend the money and the time.
