HAPPY SATURDAY!!
The weekend is here - HOORAY!!!
I sure loved everyone's answers to the last mini-quiz! So much fun! Thanks for playing along -you are all SO RAD!!!
SoBeIt and I have been enjoying some new ink. We got to see Knaight on Thursday night and got a few new pieces. We both love Indiana Jones films and one of our sons especially loves Indy and has all the gear (hat, shirt, whip, adventurer attitude, etc.)...so we both decided to get a touch of Indy inked. There is a secret Indiana Jones Decoder text and if you have the decoder guide, you can "decode" it and figure out the symbols. So.... we both got our declarations of love tattoed in Indy decoder text.
SoBeIt got: I "love" JINXI and
I got" I "love" STEVE
Here are pix:
And then after we finished that, Knaight had surprised me with a beautiful Fallen Angel girl he drew that hit me so that I just had to have her on my skin. She is so delicate, yet so bad at the same time. She has her gun in one hand, tears on her cheek, blood droplets and beautiful ruffled feathers, because she has just taken care of business. She got tattooed right on my neck (left-side) and I just love her! He finished the linework and there are beautiful small spots of color in her tears and the blood and the gold in the bullet shell casings. We will give it a few weeks to heal the lines and then I can't wait to get her colored in. Hooray!!

And I simply LOVE this quote that Sophie sent me the other day - so I have to share it because it's just so much the way I want & hope I live my life, so that I can "skid in sideways" too!!
