To answer your questions; no, he does not want to be with you. Yes, he wishes to find somebody new. He does not want to hurt you and you are really hard to break up with. When someone doesn't call for three weeks, they don't want to be with you. For you to think otherwise is insanity and for you to constantly discuss the matter with your babydad, who happens to be his bestfriend, is even more insane. All that you think about is yourself and what you want. You can't even comprehend that a real relationship is more of a merger than a conquest.
