I'm tired....
I'm tired of guys getting off on waking up after a night out "drinking with the guys"with bruises, scrapes & cuts all over, smelling of piss, liqour, beer and cigarette smoke, and not remembering a thing. Why is this so cool?
I'm tired of girls who try desperatly to act just like guys. No, it is not cool that you're sleeping with 8+ different people a week and acting like it's no big deal. No, you can't handle your liqour like a guy can. No, you are not cool when you spit, cuss, or wear baggy, saggy, holey clothes. Try acting like a lady for a change. You'd be surprised the real attention you get.
I'm tired of people not caring for thier co-workers. When your co-worker is obviously upset or mad about something, why do you shrug it off as "just an attitude" about something? Why don't you ever ask what's wrong or atleast offer a ear to listen to what they might have to say.
I'm tired of people/co-workers who never give you a chance to prove yourself. One mistake and you're branded for life, or atleast until your next job/assignment. People make mistakes. Get over it. Don't hold people down for what they've done. Give them an opportunity to show what they got. Don't cushion one individual into recieving all the awards, help other people to get there.
I am tired of people who put people down based on thier religion. Religion, just like everything else in America, is your choice. There is no right or wrong. The only wrong are the people who critize others based on their belifes. Why don't people try to open up to one another & try to learn about each others religion? Maybe we could learn something.
I'm tired of people who ask for adivse, then don't listen to what the other person is saying. If you want help, and you want adivise, shut up and listen. Especially if I'm trained and certified in what you are asking me about. If you don't want my advise, don't ask me.
I'm tired of current movies all being the same. Yeah, the actors & actresses are different, and the plots are a little different too; but when you get down to it, they're all really the same movie. What else is Troy & King Arthur, but another Braveheart? And directors, actors & most of all producers should most definitly steer way clear of prequels & sequels. They are never the same as the original. Why can't they just leave well enough alone? Disney Cartoons are about the only normal movies out there.
I'm tired of having to read men's magazines to really know what's going on. I want to pick up a magazine like Cosmo, and not see some actress on it, but a MAN! When I open it, I don't want the latest celeb gossip or what's hot from Gucci this fall. I want to know what's out there on the market & in the news. I want to know what's hot at Wal-Mart this fall. Present it all to me with style, class & a splash of comedy like Maxim does. Then maybe I'd have a subscription to Cosmo, instead of Maxim!!
I am tired of bill collectors & other companies not giving people living overseas extra time to pay bills, etc. Do they not realize that it takes longer for mail to reach us than in the states? The bill you sent out on the 1st, that said payment due by the 15th, didn't get here until the 28th. Screw you! Give me more time damnit! Or send me a e-mail with a way I can pay you online.
I'm tired that no one writes letters anymore. When you want to see how a friend or family member is, you send them a e-mail or a text message. What happened to writing them a letter. Or better yet, picking up the phone?
I'm tired of being expected to write letters or pick up the phone and call home, when no one ever sends me letters or calls me to see how I am. You have my address. You have my phone number. Maybe I'd stay in touch more and talk to you more than once or twice a year/every two years, if you put in some effort too. Have you ever thought of that?
I'm tired of being forced to like people that I can't get along with. Congratulations. I'm glad she makes you happy. But I don't like her. She treats me like shit when you aren't around. I'm 22, not 12. When I go see you, I want to see YOU! Not her. I would come visit more if you & I did more stuff together...without her. Afterall, you are the reason I'm here, she isn't.
I'm tired of how people play each other against each other. While the two sides are duking it out, it's the person in the middle who is suffering. Quit your bickering & try to get along for them. There's no reason they should have to go to hell and back again before they're 15.
I'm tired of writing. I'm tired of sitting around here, thinking of ways to stay awake, in order to ensure that he is sleeping ok, and not unconcious again or dead! I'm tired of going upstairs every 15-30 mins to check his temperature and his breathing.
