I'm fucking freezing...it's too damn cold in my house. It's too damn expensive for me to keep the temp where i'd like it...a nice 80 degrees would be great.

Yeah, the only supplements I would recommend are creatine and protein powder/bars. Any kind of powder from a bigger named company is good. But the more expensive, the better quality. It doesn't make that big of a difference though. The only kind of creatine you'll need is the crystal, sugar looking kind and it's pretty cheap. You can get stuff way cheaper online from places like DPS Nutrition. Good quality protein like Designer Protein is unbelieveably cheap.

As far as running, if that's your thing, go ahead. It may effect your leg workouts, but as long as you don't overdo it, it should be fine.


Concert kicked ass. Anthrax of course killed, but an all chick band from Detroit called Broadzilla also fucking rocked.

Yeah, I've been buying my stuff from DPS for years. GNC has always been and always will be a total rip-off.

I wasn't at the Danzig show, but I saw Behemoth a few months back with Suffocation.
