I totally agree. The only part that is different was Vick was also charged with Racketeering. the whole illegal gambling thing with large amounts of money seemed to be a larger concern than the deaths of the dogs. I totally think that the system is weird. Stallworth instantly apologized. I wonder if that had something to do with it. Sports figures get a slap on the wrist when they fuck up.
The other day watching CNN, and older man, like late 50's was charged and sentenced to one year in prison for raping a 4 year old girl. The judge sentenced him to one year in jail, because they wanted him to be charged as a sex offender, instead of doing the life sentence he needed. The city and law system wants to bar this judge now for what he did. Another case followed immediately to show how screwed up the system is. A teenage boy, or early 20's was sentenced to pretty much life in prison for a sexual assault/rape on a young girl. This kid is mentally retarded. He has an IQ of 49. They said he didn't even realize what he was doing nor understand the consequences.
So how can a man rape a girl and get no jail time, but a kid do the same thing and get a life sentence? That is the biggest screw up.

Animals do deserve the same rights as humans. The appropriate punishment for Mike Vick would be forcing him to brutally fight for his life and if he doesnt do well we can shoot him. That would be much more appropriate. In my opinion, animals are BETTER than humans because animals rely on instict and humans just fuck everything up, thinking we own everything.
