First of all I'm back. What did I do? Where did I go? Only I know. 
Anyway, so looking back over my blog I see that I last played golf on June 18th and was five over for the round when I bounced my approach shot on 18 off the green and out of bounds.
So fast forward to this morning. I'm five over for the round when I get to 18. First time I've played since the catastrophic bounce. I can't believe this. It's totally deja vu. Is that spelled right? It's got the little red squiggly under it. Maybe it's because it's French and the squiggly can't spell French.
This time I didn't hit the greatest drive in the world, as a result of which my approach went in the left front bunker. Better than out of bounds. Hack.
Still in the sand.
Loud F words. Stride forward and take a pissed off swing without even setting up. This one goes on the green, 20 feet from the hole. Now I've got to two putt for a 79.
I don't know what I was thinking, frankly.
Something like golf is what? Like the weirdest game in the world. What is with this fucking 18th hole? 
Putt . . . . ball goes in. 78. Ross bogeys too. Nobody wins the hole.
Like, I had 28 putts. Whew! Smokin' . . . .
