ok....so i went to CA last week. heres alittle day to day journal w/ pics
Wed. March 9th
I got on the road around 9pm. I would have left sooner, but I had to take a midterm for my Wring class. the drive was ok. I hit traffic about 30 west of Pheonix and there was a detore(sp?) somewhere in Riverside. I met Eleesah at Chris's house around 12:30 and left for Bretts(where we would be staying for the next week).
Thurs. March 10th
Woke up pretty late. i was really tired from the night before. Eleesah needed a few things, so we went shopping. After that we went over to Shampoo Cocktail(where Brett works) and he gave me a haircut. Which was alittle weird since this is the 1st time in 10 years my hair was been %100 my natural color.
Later that night we met my friends for dinner @ Fridays. oh how i have messed my friends. everyone seems to be doing well. my friend Kari looked alittle strung out. Ive been hearing rumors that shes been doing some pretty heavy drugs. so im alittle concerned. Rich gave me a few copies of Deadman Walkings(his band) 1st full length release, that he had just finished. it was actually very good with a cool album lay out. go to www.evilrocknroll.com for more info.
Friday March 11th
a lazy day. did alittle bit some shopping with Eleesah. Spent the night @ Bretts, where she cooked Brett and I a wonderful dinner
Sat. March 12th
went down to www.LagunaTattoo.com to see Lindsay(my tattooist). we were suppose to get work done on my Haunted Mansion, but it was Sat. and he was short on time. which worked out ok. hes coming to AZ, next month, for a convention. we exchanged numbers and have plans to go fishing and dinner. plus, hes going to get a ton of work done on my arm that weekend hes here.
But while i was there I got something Ive been wanting for a long time and im glad i did. we're adding alittle color soon. the pic doesnt do it justice but i think its really good

After the tattoos i went out with Brett to the Yardhouse. which was a "Yawn Factory". i left early and met Greg, Belinda and Eleesah at the Harbour house for some shakes.
Sunday March 13th
Brett Eleesah and I went up to Hollywood.
our 1st stop was Melrose. i cant believe how over priced some of that crap is. But Eleesah got a new purse so she was happy
Then we went up to see Johnny Ramones grave. it was super easy to find. Im surprised that Brett(who isnt a RAMONES fan at all) was really excited about it. It was alittle emtional and we paid tribute to my fav. guitarist ever.
actually this isnt his grave. its just a statue. it was awesome. there were quotes from people like Rob Zombie, Vincent Gallo, Lisa Marie Presley, his wife..etc. all over it.
Then we went up to Amoeba where i picked up acouple things. nothing exciting or worth talking about. i did find a DVD called "Hey Hey is DeeDee home". a film made about the life of Dee Dee Ramone. which i havent watched yet, but im planning too as soon as im done with this.
Mon. March 14th
Eleesah went back up to Huntington Beach to work on my more packing. Brett Chris and I went to go see the Jacket. I didnt really like it much. Brett loved it cause he got to see Keira Knightley's boobies.
Then we had another lazy night @ home.
Tuesday March 15th
I met good ol' Ethan Luck @ a Coffee shop and i FINALLY got Gleaming the Cube back after almost 2 years.him and his wife are doing well and it was good to chat with him for a few.
We went over to Tower Records and the Mall. picked up "End of the Century", which is amazing! if you havent seen it yet, your lame. go buy it! its great!
that night we met Greg, Belinda, Brett, Teppei and Jenna @ Taco Loco. i hadnt seen Teppei since Halloween. Thrice is headlining Warped Tour this year, so go watch em' anyways...Taco Loco was dang good.
Weds. March 16th
Eleesah and I went back over to Shampoo Cocktail and Brett cut her hair. I was so bored. it felt like 3 hours!. after that we went back to Bretts and took a nap cause im lazy
that night Eleesah, Nate and I went out to X Records to see Wedgekase and thee Impossibles. Petes awesome. i love that guy!
Thurs. March 17th(last day)
Eleesah went back over to Shampoo Cocktail to get here hair colored. theres was noway i was going to set there again. so i went over to Chris house to use his computer. Stopped by WalMart to see a few friends.
I drove up to Huntington BEach to met Eleesah and her mom and get the rest of her things. Eleesah said good bye to her mom and aunt. Im sure they will miss her tons.
Stopped by Chris's house to drop off her stuff(so he could put it all in Nates truck, since those 2 were coming out to AZ the next day)
Back to Bretts, good night!
Friday March 18th
woke up @ 6am to get on the road early. i drove my car while Eleesah followed. everything was fine for the 1st 300 miles until about 50 east of Pheonix Eleesah car broke. we were stuck on the side of the road for awhile until a towtruck came to pick us up. they towed her car to a truck stop in Tonopah, AZ. it was thee sickest place i have ever seen. seriously something out of a horror movie. just a dinner and a junkyard. if you have ever seen Hous of 100 Corpses, everyone at this place was a character out of that movie. i thought we were going to get dragged out into the middle of the desert and be slaughted. if your ever driving out to CA from Pheonix, take exit 94 in Tonopah and you'll see what i mean.
there was a mechanic there who took a look @ her car. i guess her distibuter cap was not put back on right, last time she had gotten a tune up, and it was kapoot. it took him acouple hours to fixed but we ended up gettin out of there around 4pm. we made it back to my house around 530. i was dead tired. Nate and Chris showed up around 7. we all went out to dinner. Eleesah and i went back home and Chris and Nate went out to a bar. as soon as i got home i was out.
Sat. March 19th
Motley Crue Day! Nate Chris and I went to eat lunch @ Cracker Barrel and then headed over to the Cricket Pavillion where Motely was playin. the show was awesome, except for the 15 long break they took in the middle of the set and Tommys really lame drum solo where he flew around stage like Peter Pan to different platforms with drum set on em'. Nate and I stuck up to the front row area but Chris was too scared and sat in our normal seats. all and all the show was fun and i had a good time.
Im back here in Arizona now and it sucks. atleast i have Eleesah here now. Shes at her 1st day of work and I have class later. i miss my freinds back in CA. but im sure ill be back soon. thee end
