Ok...the "true love" comment got me thinking, hard to believe..but yes it does happen.

You all remember 9/11 and how one of the airplanes where the passengers fought back and crashed in the field. One day awhile back, weekend, at work we were watching tv and the movie armageddon (sp) was on.

I know, what the fuck does these two have to do with anything, stay with me folks..

I made the remark, right after bruce willis gave his good speech to liv tyler, bright a tear to my air, damm im a softie, but anyway, i said "that would be cool to go out that way, giving your life to save everyone else, even like the passenger of the plane that crashed..fought to the end..."

One of co workers remarked she wouldnt give her life like that, she has two kids also, and that she didnt consider the passengers heros, valient, defiant or anything.

Heros maybe going a bit far, but comeon..fighting to the end, in the face of death, knowing you may, will die, and still go thought with it?

that in my book gives you balls my friends...

just me talking off here..oh..one more thing...have you ever thought of how you want to die.....?

i always pictured me..in a boat..drifting out to sea, the boat on fire, my children dressed in full viking gear cursing the gods with fists clenched, "why him...why him!!!!!" but as i get older..i now picture me in a lonly room, pants around my legs, rope around my neck, hanging from the ceiling as a hanson video plays on the tv... (shrug)
