Is there an original and revised copy of this? (I'm trying to google the answer to that question)
I tried to get it thru Barnes & Nobles and Borders... They told be 6 wk backorder then neither of them could get it. Any suggestions on another store or source? Tried used books..
I never did the Amazon thing, but if that's a last resort....

Or you could look up bookstores that will find obscure or hard to find books and commission one of them to locate it for you.
