So tired and hungry, started this diet thing 2 days ago (I'm in day 3 now). Its a 7 day lose 7kg diet, but goddam I'm hungry..lol.. Day one is ok cause you can eat as much fruit as you like, thats easy and tasty.. Day 2 however is as much vegies as you like, vegies suck, well most of them anyway.. So day 3 is a combination of days 1 and 2, I think I'll just eat the fruit again.. Maybe some steamed brocoli and cauliflower, some zuchini and squash.. Day 4 is bananas and skim milk, should be good. Day 5 beef and tomato's, not too bad. Day 6 is beef again, and Day 7 is brown rice and fruit..
The thing that hurts the most is that I'm doing 40-50 km rides everyday while I'm down here and I'm draining myself completely.. So laggy..
Actually thats ot quite the worst thing, the real worst thing is now beer, actually no alcohol at all... And no milk in my coffee..argggghhh...

It's the why don't you just kill me now & get it over w/ diet!
No shit you're draining yourself you don't have enough calories to burn......so you're killing yourself & it's not doing your body any good!
Take care of yourself & eat real food just eat healthy!!!!!!!!
