So two weeks if predictive dreaming,all of it being right. I hate it, I'm emotional as eff and really trying not to fall to old habits. Do your dreams ever tell you truths you don't want to know?

when I started doing yoga and meditation, it got better. Sincerely, I advise meditation, singing mantras, playing sports and eliminating alcohol and cigarettes will be better.
