Wow! Cops came last night to tell us that we have to stop lighting up the illegal fireworks or pay a fine of $1000. So we waited a few minutes until they seem to be gone and lit the finale.

Yeah, when my sister was 8 yo, the cops kept harassing her for setting off little Black Cats in the driveway. She tried waiting after they left too, but they came back and threatened to arrest her. 8 years old! For tiny firecrackers!
