So, perhaps you heard. If not, there is it. As amicable a split as you could hope for. Things change, people change, priorities change. I'm nothing if not adaptable so I'm sure it'll all be for the best.

But you've all gone through it. Trying to distinguish whether the other person was holding you back or whether you'd prefer to decay out of orbit and burn up in the atmosphere all by yourself.

Things at work have been progressing well.. but I'm a big fish in this tiny pond. And in my line of work if you have more big fish you make a lot more money than when there's just one. I'm the only one here.. and my money suffers for it.

Options for jobs are limited at the moment. I live a mile from my job and drive a car which would prefer not to go above 35mph. Its permanently stuck in 2nd gear and I need to sell it before it dies which could be any day. I have a crashed car which shouldnt be difficult to fix but then I need to pay an ass ton of money to switch it to NC plates or just drive it (carefully) unregistered until I move on elsewhere.

Thats about it. I dont have any "adventures in dating" stories, and if I did this wouldnt be the best venue to air them anyways, but if I can say one thing its that I didnt realize that nowadays you have to treat women like shit to even interest them. Not like I have, I dont treat anyone like shit, its just a general observation.
