This July 5th day after blog will be short. Tomorrow I might have time for pictures and movies but today I'll just sum up.

Dryad and I live in Asheville, North Carolina now. The drive was a pain in the ass. It was about 14 hours total, we decided not to do it in one shot, and totally in thanks to a free text service which I'll go into later, we found a pet friendly hotel in a tiny town in the middle of kentucky and after 11 hours of driving it was a little slice of heaven.

We got here and with the help of friends we unloaded the truck and car super fast. We started drinkin and swimmin, there were empty bottles and sunburns. ditto for the next day.

today is the first quiet day we've had since we've shown up. everyone has left and its just us and my sister and her roommate. we have some clean up and a little unpacking to do. it wont set in that I live here until about tomorrow.

but we're safe. we're in north carolina. We're living with my sister until renters move out of our house. And when we move in, you're all invited to come hang out in the mountains.
