I gave 2 weeks notice today. couldn't take it anymore. sandi put me on "final notice" yesterday, that if i didn't improve as a manager, she would terminate me. i thought about what she said, and i've been there almost 5 years, and no manager has EVER talked to me that way, and i decided to follow henry's advice, and not take the shit she handed me.
She DID, however, say that she didn't want to tell people who called me for references one day that i was a bad employee, which is illegal to do...hmmmm...lawsuit time? he he
I don't know what i'm going to do next. all i know is that it will be different from the rut i am in, and that is good no matter what it is that happens.
I could be a secretary, i type very fast (i think) or i could work at a book store...3 years of being a manager has to be worth SOMEthing to the working world right? i hope so
anyways, i'm not above mcdonalds if it gets that bad
