Well, I do like words.
I used to waffle terribly, but I think I might be a bit better now. I listen a bit more than I used to, but, if you get me onto a topic I'm excited about (Doctor Who or comics will do it; the latest hot SG or Hopeful set would do the trick, too), watch out for the verbal deluge.

More than one student has asked me if I've swallowed a dictionary. That, of course, would be silly. I do, however, love them and every so often leaf through them encountering words that are new to me and are worth using either in conversation or in writing. And that habit predates my entering the teaching profession by about fifteen years. :)
