ok, this is definately update material:
car = gone. work = far. jez = poor therefore (triangle sign) poor + far = tough luck = long complicated metro usage.
so we shall start with the way TO work.
i wake up at 630, get things done and get ready for an exciting 8 hour day at work and a TBD day riding public transportation. I leave the house ideally at 830am to walk out to the main road, a 20 min walk at least and catch Bus #1 @ 909am to the metro where i hope to arrive at the scheduled time of 925am. At 935am the metro leaves for downtown, my stop arrives at 1000am. i get off, hustle up stairs and about a block east to catch the second train south out of the city at 1010. That bus should arrive at destination at 1025. where i immediately get off the train onto bus #2 at 1030am that arrives close to where i found the location wasnt where my recruiter previously said but 10 min south of there at 1118 am just in time to walk and find the place at 1130 am to begin the day. but thats where its tricky for whatever reason if i miss the 1030 bus the next bus is at 1104 and puts me a half an hour late for work.
[insert 8 (probably stressfull) hours of work here]
Lets just hope Jez gets off work right on time at 8pm. If that were to happen i would catch the 803pm bust #2 back north but in parenthese would be the time if i didnt quite make that bus (853!). arrive at train #2 at 845(935!). get on the train promptly at 859 (944) and get off in the ghetto at 914 (959). then walk a block west and downunderground to catch the other train the metro at 932 (1016). That train will arrive in my town of residence at 957(1041)
Now from the metro to my house i have two options, well three, one a nice friend picks me up. or i take that bus #1. which leaves at 1030. if i didnt make that first departure, or if i did and missed another one and somehow didnt make the 1030 bus..... id have to take the 1130 one and get home at 1221am. YAY! then theres that walk home, yay for being home at 1 am. DEAR LORD!!
