need an update. uhm two interesting words from the weekend....."gogomadalla" which i think means run it again in some language and "linolium" which means from the top. idk.
also a very funny moment. note, this after a day of 90 degrees hot with 90% humidity being out side all day. so day 2 after running block aka jogging trapezoid:
