Well my Ewok has healed nicely...I love it so....

Anyway well gym update in the past 2 weeks i have somehow managed to lose 6 pounds..I am quite astounded, I know your not supposed to go on weight loss as you build muscle and it weighs more but I was pretty astounded. I haven't changed my diet at all, in fact I'm probably consuming more as I have (vegan) protein shakes nearly everyday. The only thing that has changed is going to the gym 5-6 times a week( not just to work out, some nights I do pilates or yoga instead) and I walk around a hell of a lot more........just goes to show what a bit of extra effort can do.

Hopefully in a couple of months I will have the muscle to go to wrestling school, then the fun really starts.

apart from that in the nest few weeks, I am seeing Propagandhi, Death By Stereo, Agent Orange, Defiance Ohio, Devil Sold His Soul, oh and last weds I saw AC/DC!! was such fun...
