So I have new ink!! On saturday I went down to Eastbourne and got tattooed by Mark B Suck My Ink, and I love it! He is finishing my left arm (finally!) and we have some other projects in the works..




After a long gap, I have rejoined the gym, and so far have been everyday,
i had really let my regime slide, I have some pretty inetnse goals for the next 2 months, so watch this space. This year i intend to be the fittest I ever have.

Everything else is chuggin along.Have got some more work, although things are tough finacally for me right now.But thats the same for everyone I know.
