So I'm doing this paper for class and it's about -oh yeah- hydrogen as a fuel. I'm tired of people telling me "hydrogen isn't a fuel." I know that. But you can use it to store otherwise hard to store energy from sources like the oh so inefficient solar pannel (it matters that it's inefficient becuase of that huge tax on sunlight we 've got going on) or geothermal, hydroelectric or wind power. These are usually a rockin local resources but other wise pretty thin in most places.
People need to understand that electricity is the modern equivelant to fire. It's that big. Its so big, in fact, that we take it for granted and think of it as nothing. If we could get a glut of electricity out there on the ol' global market alot of our problems (like unclean water in the 3rd world, ginormous overhead for industry, and our attempts at mini-terraforming konking our current electrical girds) would disappear like a bag of double stuffed oreo's in my apartment.
