HAPPY THANKSGIVING SG!!!
In the spirit of the day, I've been spending a great deal of time today thinking about my life...and all the ways that I am fortunate. I love Thanksgiving...it's always been my favorite holiday because I'm one of those people that tends to see the best in everyone and in everything. I prefer to live my life looking at the glass being half-full, and I think any day when people are taking time away from all of the things that are important to them to feel gratitude for their good fortune is an amazing day indeed!! So yeah...your homework assignment is to go and find the person or persons that you love and tell them how much you care about them, I guarantee that it will be worth the energy that you expend!!l
I made my second Vlog today, finally!
I've been sitting on that list of questions for quite sometime now...and finally had the time and the energy at the same moment today and decided to get it done! Of couse, it didn't hurt that Flashmo got home on Tuesday and Jewelz has beenfinally getting some!
The next video is especially for my dear friend Little_Em who asked one of my questions in the Vlo today...Little_Em this is a clip of the type of workout I try to do on downstairs with my pole about 6 days a week. I also use our bowflex and treadmill, but the pole and dancing in general have made a huge difference for me!
That's it for me tonight...got a lamb in the oven and an amazing guy to spend the rest of my evening with!! I just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone...Hope you enjoyed the Vlog as much as I enjoyed making it
