For those of you who missed my moments of emo last night....consider yourselves fortunate!! And my most sincere apologies for those of you who weren't as fortunate Color me a tad embarrassed!!

I was missin' my honey Flashmo pretty badly...and posted a blog chock full of emo about it! I'm usually pretty good about the whole travelin' thing, especially these last couple of years...but for whatever reason I was really having a hard time of it last night.

Thanks to all of you who left me supportive comments, it's nice to know that there are people out there who care....especially when you are feelin' as lonely as I was feelin' last night!! This trip has been a little different than the usual trips, cuz Flashmo and I haven't been able to talk or text as much as we would normally, and I"m sure that has a lot to do with it. When he is away, those little messages on my phone and in my mailbox seem to be just enough to keep me from being so sad about his being gone, you know? And we usually try to talk for awhile every night when he is on a trip, just to compare our days and stuff....it all helps make the time apart just a little bit easier. Anyway, since he's been in classes on this trip, and with a much larger group of people who have a scheduled agenda, it's been a little more difficult to stay in touch this time around. The good news is that he'll be home tonight, and I'm really lookin' forward to seeing him when he gets home I will probably have to wait for my "getting home from a trip lovin'" till tomorrow, but that's OK just as long as I get to curl up next to him tonight and use his shoulder as my pillow then all will be right in my world again

As for the rest of the day today, I have to run up to ISU and pick up my framed pics from the Art Show. I'm sad to have them coming down, but I guess it's time. I can't believe it's been a month already since the pictures went up I had someone recognize me at work this last week, and that was kind of cool! The town that Flashmo and I live in is kind of small, so I'd wondered if maybe that might happen with the Art Show being at the university....and then almost the whole month went by without a peep from anyone, so I'd kind of forgotten that they were on display at all.

Other than that, it's chores, chores, chores for the morning time for me! Then after that, I'm hoping to work on some of the pictures we took about a month ago with our new Canon Rebel XT...I'm hoping to edit some and post about 30-40 of them on my pics tab for those who may be interested in seeing them You will find some of them here...hope to have the rest posted later today...so stay tuned for MORE NEKKID!!

I hope everything's well in your world today! I'm trying like mad to get caught up on blogs and stuff, and have been getting back to being more active in Geezers, Hopefuls, and Women over 30 Groups especially. Seems like my RW drama is starting to settle down a little bit, and it should make more room for my interwebz world now!!
