This may look awkward but I don't care hahah! And please ignore all the silly stuff around me, already mentioned that my house is full of random and crazy items. So let's begin shall we?
Until a week ago, push-ups where the only exercise I ever did on a daily basis, because I'm fit yo! Just kidding, that's not the reason. I was lazy, like a bunch of others here I'm sure, no offense. And last week I saw that @infernum will teach yoga and I said hey why not, I'd like to try that, who knows might actually like it in the end. By the way, she is the only one that managed to persuade me to even try yoga, let alone start doing it every other day ;) Yes, she is very beautiful obviously, BUT this time she wasn't just a model in one of her sets! What she taught me that day helped me with pain in my right hand which got smashed real good. Other than that I spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer or driving and thanks to her I started paying attention to my posture, which I admit, is very bad at the moment. Wait you still haven't checked her class out? Look at me everyone, I posted this here so that everyone can see it and I'm okay with that so don't start making excuses about this and that please ;) Sure I may not be the best motivation but if @infernum doesn't get you going, well... Oh and yes, you don't need some special equipment to do yoga, I'm doing it in my hallway and I'm just fine hah! Why skip doing something actually good for your body and mind especially if it's free and can be done on any flat surface that you can sit on?
