You know, I caught part of the Venture Bros once when Mike and I were in the waiting room at the Animal Emergency Hospital a few months ago.

Well today was my first day of quiting cigarettes and begining vegetarianism. I've been through an assload of temptation, yet I have not gone astray. It's really hard to do this, but I shall remain vigilant. Wish me luck people.

It's easier to stay smoke free than actually get there. Good luck. It took me dozens of tries to quit. It has been more than 2 years since my last cigarette. Just keep telling yourself you have had your last. Vegetarian too! Food tastes better when you quit smoking, so you should at least try meat one more time!
