further update on knee saga:
went to the gp, she sent me to a&e (er americans), they said there wasn't a lot they could do so tommorrow i'm going back to the hospital to a fracture clinic to get hooked up with an orthopod. hopefully this surgeon will be better than my last one, who made my knee be full of blood that had to be drained, and laughed when i asked if i could learn to surf.

And despite the fact that I think Peter Jackson is a movie god (ever since i first saw Bad Taste in '90), King Kong is an excellent movie. It didn't feel like 3 hours at all....
I'm really sorry to hear about your knee, I really hope it gets better soon...
