how is everyone today? last night i had crazy dreams involving all my extended family and stuff, running around, i am reading captain corellis mandolin and i think a lot of it is based on that (i've just read like 300 pages in 2 days so my mind is a bit saturated)
i have to go to work today. work has been shit, i've gotten in trouble a lot lately, and mainly it has been for things i haven't really been doing wrong. my workplace is like this:
no such thing as positive feedback, you only have appraisals if you've made more than a certain number of paperwork mistakes in a month, and only get spoken to by the bosses when you're in trouble.
i'm pretty sure this is the best way of getting the most from your staff!
i hate it.
anyone in edinburgh want to give me a job?
