I've just paid off my mortgage cranking up 23 years in the same house
I agree it's unhealthy to be stuck in the same place and can be very detrimental to growth and adaptability but I don't think it's a complete linkage between them there are other factors, employment, family commitments etc.

my cat is freaking amazing, i love her. she is so agile, she can jump onto the narrow ledge of the bath and even turn around on it, she thankfull has almost no interest in my yarn, and is awesome. i was always more of a dog person, and i do really love dogs, but cats rock.
