Evening darlings! As promised I'm back to fill you in on all the happenings in my life. The good, the bad, the ugly.

Where to start?!

Several years back I was diagnosed with a genetic condition called ehlers-danlos syndrome. I don't produce collagen so all of my connective tissues are extremely weak which causes a lot of pain and weakness. My shoulders dislocate frequently, and on occasion my hips will too. I've spent many months over the past year preparing for my third shoulder repair surgery.

A year and a half ago I got engaged to a man who I've known for 26 years. Some of you already know that this is a huge deal for me after the devastatingly unexpected suicide of my husband 9 years ago. 6 months after me and said guy became engaged I made the decision to end the relationship. I will spare you all of the gory details, but needless to say, he was not good to me. Around the same time I lost my grandfather and a close family friend.

I've been in a pretty dark place for the last year, but I'm coming out of it and finally reclaiming my life!

Great things are on the way, and hopefully you will be seeing a whole lot more of me from now on!
